진단명 : Hematologic malignancy/Multiple myeloma

정상 골수는 지방성분이 많아 MR T1강조영상에서 고신호강도를 보이나, 골수질환이 있는 경우는 T1 강조영상에서 저 신호강도를 보이는 병변이 보입니다. 다발골수종은 원발성 척추종양 중 가장 흔한 병으로 골수 내에 관찰되는 병변의 크기와 분포가 다양합니다.

A. 건강한 70세 남자 환자의 요추 MRI 시상면 T1 강조영상에서 척추체 내의 정상 골수의 신호강도가 디스크의 신호강도보다 높습니다.
B. 다발골수종이 있는 60세 여자 환자의 요추 MRI 시상면 T1 강조영상에서 척추체 내에 병적 골수의 소견으로서 디스크와 유사한 신호강도를 보이는 작은 점들이 산재하여 있습니다.
C. 다발골수종이 있는 70세 여자 환자의 요추 MRI 시상면 T1 강조영상에서 척추체 내에 디스크와 유사한 신호강도를 보이는 작은 병변들이 보입니다.
D. 다발골수종이 있는 68세 여자 환자의 요추 MRI 시상면 T1 강조영상에서 척추체 내부가 대부분 디스크와 유사한 신호강도의 병적 골수로 채워져 보입니다.
약해진 뼈로 인해 골절발생하는 일도 흔합니다.
